Click our drop-drown list on the upper header of the website. Under "SHOP" section, you may choose to view all products, by categories or collections.  . Select the product you are interested in by clicking the photo for a complete description and close-up images.

Choose your desired colour, size and quantity, then click ADD TO CART to purchase. A summary checkout page will appear on your right screen and you can choose to CONTINUE SHOPPING or CHECKOUT.

  1. Review Your Bag

Click on the SHOPPING CART icon on the upper-right section of the website to review your items. Prices shown are not including taxes and shipping.

  1. Check Out

If you decided to finalise your order, click CHECKOUT. Please note that product availability is not guaranteed before you check out.

  1. Sign In

For a registered shoppers, please use your registered email address so that your order will be automatically recorded in your account. For first-time shoppers, simply fill in your details to register.

  1. Review Your Order

Review the list of items that you want to purchase and your personal details.

If you have a discount code, key it in the discount tab. Click CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD to submit your order.

Shipping cost is calculated based on total parcel weight and location.Choose your shipping method and click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD to make payment.

Please click on Paypal tab to be redirected to Credit or Debit Card payment gateway. Please make sure your details are correct before proceeding.

  • Local Online Banking/e-wallet

Please select iPay88 and choose your online banking sites. You will be directed to the site to complete payment. 

ORDER STATUS

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on the account info navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us at hello@anaabu.co before it has been processed. No changes or cancellation is allowed once item has been processed.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

We understand if you have made an impulsive order.

You can cancel your order within two (2) hours upon purchase, or before the order is being processed for shipment, whichever comes earlier.

Please email our Customer Service at hello@anaabu.co to proceed with the cancellation. Our team will review and proceed with the cancellation if the request is within the rules.

Refund will be made as follows:

  • Manual Payment via Cash Deposit Machine/Online Transfer: Full refund
  • Payment via iPay88 (within Malaysia): 3% charge
  • Payment via Paypal: 5% charge
  • Overseas payment made using Credit Card/eGHL: 3% + RM10 charge

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Your order will be shipped once order and payment is completed. Our shipping days are from Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holiday).

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 9.00 am (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 9.00 am or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be shipped out the following Tuesday (excluding holidays).

Please note that shipping time might take longer during festive seasons, early release of collection or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance.

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the order has been delivered to the courier and tracking no has been updated.

We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address.

Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes done by our part in the order(s).

 

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ANAABU has no control over these charges, nor can ANAABU predicts what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
