Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within two (2) business days.

You should receive an order confirmation email with an order number after placing an order. 

If you have not receive it, please check your spam or junk folder. If there aren't any, please contact us by live chat or email to hello@anaabu.co for us to assist you further.

We do not have a discount code however, you will get your first 500 points and additional rewards if you created an account with us and place an order. You and your friend will also save MYR10 each if you refer our page to your friend!  For more info, you can check out our Rewards Program here.

Yes, sure you can! If you need to add any items to your original order or change your delivery address after order has been placed, please contact us via hello@anaabu.co. We will arrange for necessary changes and payment (if necessary) before order is shipped out. 

Unfortunately, if your item has been processed by our team, we cannot make any changes to your order.

Kindly take note that any necessary arrangement will be made during business hours.

You can make payment via bank transfer or e-wallet by using iPay88 (for Malaysian bank only). 

Please click on iPay88 button and you will be redirected to a secure page. Please follow their instruction to make payment.


Once payment is done, you will receive a confirmation order email with your order number. No payment proof needed! 

Yes, you can! Please click on Paypal Express Checkout if you intent to make payment via credit or debit card. Please fill in your card information and follow the instruction given to complete your payment.


Credit and Debit Card payment is applicable for both local and international bank.


Yes, you can! Please select Manual Payment via ATM/CDM machine and you will receive a confirmation order with instruction and banking details for you to make payment.

Please send your screenshot or photo of payment proof to sales@anaabu.co within 24 hours.

Order will be automatically cancelled if there is no payment proof received within stipulated time.

For international customers, you can make payment using these options:

  • Paypal Balance
  • Credit & Debit Card
  • Store Credit

Yes, you can! If you have any store credit balance due to your previous engagement with us i.e. shared your #reprojectanaabu video or refund order to store credit, you can use them as your discount code.

Please login to your account and click store credit. You can claim your store credit balance at any amount and you will be provided a discount code. Copy and paste your discount code at Discount Code field upon checkout and click 'Apply'. Your final bill will be updated on your checkout page for you to make payment.


*Please take note that store credit is counted as a discount, so it cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code.

If you have any discount code, you can use them to purchase our item at fraction of the price.

Please fill in the discount code at 'Discount Code' field upon checkout. Your final bill will be reflected at checkout page for you to make payment.


*Kindly take note that discount code is not applicable for Sale items.

At the moment, we do not offer self-pickup from our studio or stockist. However, if you prefer self-pickup from our studio, you can proceed to order and make payment as usual, and email us your self-pickup request.


We will arrange to refund your shipment fee via store credit or via transfer.

Yes, we do offer same day delivery within Klang Valley by using Lalamove. Delivery fee depends on your address radius from our studio starting at MYR 10. Same Day Delivery is only applicable during business days and order must be made before 3PM to be eligible for this option.

To proceed, please select Same Day Delivery and proceed with payment. Please leave a note or contact us to arrange for delivery time.

We ship both locally and worldwide! 


Shipping times:

  • Local orders take 2-5 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2 business days.
  • International orders take 5-20 business days to be delivered and we ship within same 2 business days.
  • Shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors. Please expect some delays during early collection release, festive season or due to custom clearance.

Shipping cost:

  • Peninsular Malaysia shipping fee starts at RM6 for parcel weight under 1 kg
  • East Malaysia shipping fee starts at RM13 for parcel weight under 1 kg
  • Singapore shipping fee starts at RM30 for parcel weight under 1 kg
  • For other countries, please refer our shipping fee schedule here.

Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; ANAABU has no control over these charges, nor can ANAABU predicts what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

After your order is shipped out, you will receive a notification email with tracking number. You can track your parcel whereabout using the link provided or fill in tracking form here.

Please allow 24 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display at courier page.


  • If you have bought wrong colour, size or design, you can return and exchange the order within 14 days from receiving the items (subject to stock availability).
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact.
  • You will have to submit a return request at our returns centre here.
  • Once your original order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. 
  • We will proceed to refund your order in store credit. You will receive an email with store credit code.
  • Next, you have to create a new order based on your exchange request. 
  • Please fill in the store credit code at 'Discount Code' field to claim your store credit and proceed with payment for additional fee, if any (shipping fee or additional order).
  • The store credit has no expiry date and you may still use the remaining amount for your next purchase anytime. 
  • Postage charge for return & exchange for these reasons will be covered by customer.
  • Returns and exchanges for these reasons can only be done once for one order. 

  • If you have received a faulty products (any damage, torn or stained products overlooked by us) or if you have received incorrect items, you can return and exchange the order within 14 days from receiving the items.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact. 
  • Please prepare photos of the defect/incorrect items.You will have to submit a return request at our returns centre here
  • Once your original order is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. 
  • Please provide us the postage fee receipt in the email reply.
  • We will proceed to refund your exchange postage fee in store credit.
  • Once item has been posted out, you will receive an email notification with tracking number.
  • The store credit has no expiry date and you may still use the remaining amount for your next purchase anytime, if any.
  • Postage charge for return & exchange for these reasons will be covered by us.
 

If you feel like the product is not right for you in any way, you can return the product to us in exchange to store credit within 14 days from receiving the parcel.

  • To be eligible for return in store credit, you need to have an account with us.
  • You will have to submit a refund request at our returns centre here.
  • Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in store credit.
  • If your returns are approved, then your refund in store credit will be processed and an email will be sent to you within 3 working days.
  • Please note that your refund in store credit is not inclusive of the shipping cost.

 

We are truly sorry that you have to experience that. If you received a faulty product, you can proceed with return as follows:

  • Refunds are allowed only due to manufacture faults by us such as overlooked stains, tore and broken zip etc.
  • We will not be responsible for any faulty not caused by us e.g: broken zipper once worn/ fabric shrinks once washed.
  • You will have to submit a refund request at our returns centre here.
  • Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If your returns are approved, then your refund request will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your refund is not inclusive of the shipping cost.

Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange and refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and refunded.

We understand if you have made an impulsive order.

You can cancel your order within two (2) hours upon purchase, or before the order is being processed for shipment, whichever comes earlier.

Please email our Customer Service at hello@anaabu.co to proceed with the cancellation. Our team will review and proceed with the cancellation if the request is within the rules.

Refund will be made as follows:

  • Manual Payment via Cash Deposit Machine/Online Transfer: Full refund
  • Payment via iPay88 (within Malaysia): 3% charge
  • Payment via Paypal: 5% charge
  • Overseas payment made using Credit Card/iPay88: 3% + RM10 charge

Once you are logged in to your account, you can see your reward point balance at rewards widget at the left sidebar of the website. You can claim your point by clicking 'Redeem' next to your eligible rewards.

Your eligible rewards: 

1000 points = MYR 10 off

2000 points = MYR 20 off

3000 points = MYR 30 off

Once you collect your points and reach certain level, you can earn more discounts:

  • Bronze (reach 5000 points): 1.2 points multifier/5% off discount on every purchase
  • Silver (reach 10 000 points): 1.4 points multifier/10% off discount on every purchase
  • Gold (reach 15 000 points): 1.6 points multifier/15% off discount on every purchase

    Unfortunately, our system does not allow for double discount code. Store credit is treated as discount code so it cannot be used with other discount codes.

    No, your point does not expire and you can use them anytime.
