Our policy lasts 14 days upon receipt of parcel. If 14 days have gone by since your receipt of parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- If you have bought wrong colour, size or design, you can return and exchange the order within 14 days upon receipt of parcel (subject to stocks availability).
- To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and internal labels must be intact.
- If you want to exchange to an item of greater value, you will be charged for the difference of price. If the exchanged item is of lesser value, no refunds will be given.
- Payment of differences must be made within 24 hours once confirmation of exchange is made.
- Postage charge for return & exchange for these reasons will be covered by customer.
- Returns and exchanges for these reasons can only be done once for one order.
- Refunds are allowed only due to manufacture faults by us such as overlooked stains, tore and broken zip etc.
- Kindly email us the photo of the defects at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to evaluate.
- We will not be responsible for any faulty not caused by us e.g: broken zipper once worn/ fabric shrinks once washed.
- Once your return item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Please note that shipping cost for original order is not refundable.
- If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within seven (7) business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
- Only regular priced items are eligible for exchange and refund, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged and refunded.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We understand if you have made an impulsive order.
You can cancel your order within two (2) hours upon purchase, or before the order is being processed for shipment, whichever comes earlier.

Refund will be made as follows:
- Manual Payment via Cash Deposit Machine/Online Transfer: Full refund
- Payment via eGHL (within Malaysia): 2% charge
- Payment via Paypal: 5% charge
- Overseas payment made using Credit Card/eGHL: 2% + RM10 charge
