Click our drop-drown list on the upper header of the website. Under “SHOP” section, you may choose to view all products, by categories or collections.  . Select the product you are interested in by clicking the photo for a complete description and close-up images.

  1. Add to Cart

Choose your desired colour, size and quantity, then click ADD TO CART to purchase. A summary checkout page will appear on your right screen and you can choose to CONTINUE SHOPPING or CHECKOUT.

  1. Review Your Bag

Click on the SHOPPING CART icon on the upper-right section of the website to review your items. Prices shown are not including taxes and shipping.

  1. Check Out

If you decided to finalise your order, click CHECKOUT. Please note that product availability is not guaranteed before you check out.

  1. Sign In

For a registered shoppers, please use your registered email address so that your order will be automatically recorded in your account. For first-time shoppers, simply fill in your details to register.

  1. Review Your Order

Review the list of items that you want to purchase and your personal details.

If you have a discount code, key it in the discount tab. Click CONTINUE TO SHIPPING METHOD to submit your order.

  1. Shipping Method

Shipping cost is calculated based on total parcel weight and location.Choose your shipping method and click CONTINUE TO PAYMENT METHOD to make payment.

8. Payment Method

There are several payment methods to choose from:

9.Finish shopping. You will receive an order confirmation e-mail with Order No. for your future reference.

Once payment is completed, you will receive an email confirming your order.

  • Paypal

You will be redirected to Paypal payment gateway. Payment must be made based on your country currency.

  • Credit/Debit Card

Please click on Paypal tab to be redirected to Credit or Debit Card payment gateway. Please make sure your details are correct before proceeding.

  • Local Online Banking Debit

Please select eGHL and choose your online banking sites. You will be directed to the site to complete payment.

  • Bank Deposit or Direct ATM Transfer

Please click on the Bank Deposit tab and click Complete Your Order. An invoice will be sent out to your email containing payment information:

Please bank in the correct amount. Any change owed to the customer will be returned within the parcel.

If you prefer any balance to be transferred to your account, please state in the email, we will return the balance to you via online transfer.

To ease payment verification, kindly put your order number for “Recipient Reference.”

Please send a confirmation of payment to sales@anaabu.co so we can send out your order as soon as possible.

If we do not receive your proof of payment within 24 hour​s,​ your order will be automatically cancelled.

You can always check the status of your order by clicking on the account info navigation bar. We will be happy to make any changes to your order if you contact us at hello@anaabu.co before it has been processed.

Your order will be shipped once order and payment is completed. Our shipping days are from Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holiday).

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 11.00 am (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11.00 am or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be shipped out the following Tuesday (excluding holidays).

Please note that shipping time might take longer during festive seasons or if your parcel gets held back for customs clearance.
